My humble home has room for up to 2 students at a time. I prefer the intimate nature of working one on one or with two buddies.

Nestled on a quiet street in the Cully/Beaumont area of NE Portland, the space is bright and centrally located with ample street parking. The address will be sent to you once we arrange a time for you to come for a lesson.

The setup includes everything needed for fabric cutting, pressing, sewing and altering:

  • Sewing machines (Baby Lock Zeal machines)

  • Serger station

  • 35” x 70” cutting table with rotary cutters and fabric scissors

  • 24” x 48” pressing area

  • A wide variety of rulers, measuring tools and tapes, presser feet, needles, pins, thread.

  • Fabric scraps just in case!

  • Chairs are height-adjustable and on wheels.

  • Snacks, water (fresh or bubbly)

The house is a ranch style with 2 steps up to the porch and one step up from there into the house. (If you need accommodations please let me know when you sign up.)

This is a non-smoking, pet-free home.
